General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bttk1 ("bttk1", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bttk1 online casino and sports betting platform available at bttk1.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bttk1. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by bttk1's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. bttk1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the bttk1 Platform, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register an account on bttk1 only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the bttk1 Platform or any linked platform.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or for any third-party commercial purpose.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of bttk1, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by bttk1 for breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active account on bttk1 at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, bttk1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held across those accounts without compensation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bttk1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of players before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A valid passport or birth certificate (for age verification purposes).
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay statement screenshot).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by bttk1's compliance team.

Account Security

All financial transactions on the bttk1 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bttk1 does not charge transaction fees to players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges independently of bttk1.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method associated with the player's KYC-verified account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts registered in a different name — are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard verified withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.

Withdrawal Conditions

bttk1 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been submitted or has not been approved.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• There is an ongoing investigation into the account for potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• The account has been flagged by bttk1's automated fraud detection systems pending manual review.
• The withdrawal method requested does not match the deposit method used (first-deposit return policy).

Bonus Policy

bttk1 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion's landing page or in the notification communicating the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are only valid for use on the bttk1 Platform.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per mobile device, and per IP address.
• bttk1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the player's account settings specify otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used to wager on games and markets specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

User Obligations

Your Commitments to bttk1

As a registered player, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials private and not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use your own personal funds for all deposits and ensure that those funds are not derived from criminal activity.
• Inform bttk1 promptly if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Not access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion period or after having requested permanent account closure.

Responsible Use of the Platform

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other format in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over bttk1.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the bttk1 Platform, including its software, games, or random number generation systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the bttk1 Platform as a conduit for money derived from illegal activities, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine intent to wager.
• Third-Party Account Use: Depositing funds on behalf of another person, accepting deposits from third parties, or allowing another person to operate your registered account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine transaction made on the bttk1 Platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover disputed funds.

Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their bttk1 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Prior to closure, any pending wager settlements will be resolved and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Closure by bttk1

bttk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Identification of the player as a compulsive gambler where closure is in the player's best interest and consistent with our Responsible Gaming obligations.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their Account Settings. bttk1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party game provider outages, and network disruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability. bttk1 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

Game Results and Technical Errors

All game outcomes on bttk1 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. bttk1 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that causes an indeterminate outcome, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bttk1 and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and bttk1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. bttk1's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
